PURE ALKYD RESIN

Short Oil Coconut Alkyd

For durable high gloss baking enamels. Used as a plasticizing resin for nitrocellulose and vinyl resins. Typical applications include automotive enamels and lacquers, furniture lacquers, enamels for metal equipment and fixtures.

Medium Linseed Alkyd

Offers excellent adhesion, flexibility and durability. Exhibits good drying properties. Produces paint film with good gloss retention. Recommended for industrial air-dry and baking enamels, automotive and machinery enamels, industrial metal primers.

Medium Soya Alkyd

Provides enamels with good adhesion, gloss and flexibility. Designed for architectural and industrial enamels. Different grades are available with varying viscosities to suit different needs.

Long Oil Soya Alkyd

Recommended for interior and exterior enamels, marine finishes, sign paints, and the manufacture of pigment pastes. Could also be used for silkscreen inks.

MODIFIED ALKYD RESIN

Rosin and Phenolic – Modified Short Oil Linseed Alkyd

Provides coatings with fast-drying property, unusually good adhesion, excellent hardness and durability. For fast-drying industrial enamels, e.g., marine and furniture enamels, traffic paints. Grades are available for making lift-resistant primers and surfacers for lacquer systems.

Styrenated Alkyd-Acrylic Resin

Has outstanding combination of hardness and flexibility, good adhesion and toughness, good color and gloss retention even on overbaking. Recommended for use as sole vehicle or as an amino resin modified vehicle for roller, strip or coil coating of thin metals for cans, caps, closures and other formed articles.

Rosin-Modified Medium Soya

High viscosity grades are available to permit formulations of low solid cost-effective enamels at normal package consistency. Have outstanding drying characteristics and good pigment- wetting property. Recommended for cost-effective fast-dry enamels, traffic paints, shop coat primers, and economical drum coatings. May also be used as a modifier for pure oxidizing and modified alkyds to speed up drying and improve gloss.

Urethane-Modified Long Oil Soya

Provides fast-drying varnishes with excellent abrasion resistance, good color and color retention, excellent leveling, and outstanding resistance to household chemicals and solvents.
